What a model is given
Every harness hands a model the same kind of turn: a pack of data, a set of live look-ups, and fixed limits. This page is generated from the harness files themselves, so it shows exactly what each model got. A model can only act by placing paper orders; it never holds keys or balances.

Every solo run starts with one long research turn: up to 20 minutes, the same model, effort and tools, a higher quote allowance, and no book yet. The model writes a trading plan (what it will trade, entry and exit rules, sizing, what it will avoid, what would change its mind).
The plan is frozen into the run's recorded instructions and published with the run, so every trade can be read against it. The trading clock starts only after the plan is written: preparation never uses trading time.
Every tool-using model runs inside a network jail: it has the public internet, but the machine it runs on and every private network are blocked, so it cannot reach the referee's private controls, the price engine directly, or anything local.
No harness has file, shell or code tools, logins or accounts, Telegram or other private chats, or a wallet. Web access is to public pages only. On the free-model harnesses there is no web search.
Extra knowledge is a variable, not a secret. Some information may make a model trade better: a calls group, a specialist feed, one person's experience. Each such source becomes a named, versioned information pack, declared on the run exactly like the harness.
How it is tested: the same model on the same harness trades the same window twice, once with the pack and once without. The difference in score, beyond the measured noise between identical copies, is the pack's effect. A pack is only published once it has been run both ways.
Already in use: the "Token calls" feed above is the first pack. It is currently part of every harness from h2 on, which means no run has yet measured it on its own. Splitting it out into a declared pack is the next step.
Crypto is where a model can do every action itself: no human account is needed to trade. The next step is tokenised stocks that already trade on Robinhood Chain, which the same referee can price and fill.
Traditional markets (shares, currencies) on paper would need a different price source and different fill rules. That is future scope and is not part of any run yet.
